Chart Pins is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by or operated by TradingView. It uses its own overlay and synchronization logic and may observe technical page information to place visual elements. Because TradingView controls its website and rendering, overlays may be misaligned, delayed, missing or temporarily unavailable after platform changes.

Macroeconomic events, news, scheduled events, actual values, forecasts, previous values, flags, timestamps and similar information may be revised, delayed, incomplete or unavailable and are provided only for general information and visualization.

Chart Pins depends on browsers, internet connectivity, TradingView, service providers, APIs, data sources and servers. Any of these may fail or change. Uninterrupted, error-free, perfectly secure or continuously available operation is not guaranteed.

Chart Pins may be provided as a beta, experimental or evolving product. Features may be incomplete, changed, added, removed, limited or replaced and the service may contain bugs or unexpected behavior.

You are responsible for how you use Chart Pins and for all trading, investment and other decisions. Independently verify important information and ensure your use complies with applicable law and third-party rules.

TradingView, Hyperliquid, Binance, X/Twitter, Google, Chrome, Stripe, Supabase, Cloudflare and other third-party names, logos and services remain separate from Chart Pins. Mention or technical integration does not imply endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chart Pins and its operator are not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profit or opportunity, indirect or consequential loss, or loss arising from missing or delayed data, incorrect overlay placement, third-party content, downtime, platform changes or user decisions. In exceptional technical situations Chart Pins may voluntarily offer an access extension, credit, discount, partial refund or another goodwill remedy. This is discretionary and does not create an automatic right to future compensation.
