Privacy Policy

The controller of personal data processed in connection with Chart Pins is Kryštof Krčmarský, operator of Chart Pins. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to chart.pins.support@gmail.com.

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed when you use the Chart Pins website, browser extension, account, beta-access request, launch notification list, support, subscription and related digital services. It does not govern independent processing carried out by TradingView, Stripe, Supabase, Cloudflare or other third parties under their own policies.

• Account data such as e-mail address, nickname, internal user/account identifiers and account status.
• Authentication data and technical authentication metadata. Passwords are handled by the authentication provider and are not stored by Chart Pins in readable plain text.
• Subscription data such as tier, subscription status, trial or billing dates and payment-provider identifiers. Chart Pins does not store payment card details.
• Legal-consent records such as document type, version or hash, checkbox text, acceptance time, user agent and extension version.
• Settings and service preferences such as followed wallets, filters, overlay settings and shortcuts where stored in the backend or browser.
• Support, complaint and bug-report information, including text, screenshots or diagnostics you choose to send.
• Website beta-request or launch-list e-mail addresses and related consent metadata.
• Technical and security data that may be processed by the website, browser, Cloudflare or service providers, such as IP address, request logs, user agent, timestamps and security events.

We process personal data to provide and secure accounts and the Chart Pins service, manage subscriptions and access, record legal consents, answer support or complaints, operate beta access or the launch notification, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, comply with legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims. Depending on the processing, the legal basis may be performance of a contract, steps taken at your request before a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, or your consent where consent is appropriate.

Supabase or another authentication provider may be used to create accounts, verify e-mail addresses, maintain sessions and reset passwords. Chart Pins may receive account identifiers and authentication status necessary to provide access.

Stripe processes payment-card information and payment transactions under its own terms and privacy information. Chart Pins does not receive or store the full card number or security code. Chart Pins may receive and store subscription status, tier, trial dates, renewal dates, cancellation status, payment references and webhook information required to grant or remove access.

Where you accept legal documents or checkout confirmations, Chart Pins may retain a record so it can demonstrate what was accepted, when and from which service version. These records may be kept as long as reasonably necessary for compliance, evidence and legal claims.

If you contact support or submit a complaint or bug report, we process the information you provide to respond, investigate and improve the service. Please avoid sending information that is not necessary for the issue.

If you request closed-beta access, your e-mail address is used to review the request and, if approved, to send access instructions. If you join the launch list, your e-mail is used only for the Chart Pins launch notification for which you consented; it is not used as a general newsletter mailing list unless you later give a separate consent.

The website and extension may store necessary or functional information in browser local storage, session storage, extension storage or similar technologies, including language preference, session data and service settings. Details are provided in the Cookie, Local Storage and Similar Technologies Policy.

Personal data may be processed by service providers needed to operate Chart Pins, including Supabase for backend/authentication, Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for website delivery and security, and providers used for support communications. Data may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.

Some service providers may process data outside the Czech Republic or the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are handled using mechanisms recognized by applicable data-protection law, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or another lawful safeguard provided by the relevant service provider.

Account and service data is kept while needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterwards where necessary for security, accounting, disputes or legal obligations. Subscription and payment-reference records may be retained for legally required accounting or claim periods. Support and bug-report data is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the issue and related service improvement. Launch-list data may be removed after the launch notification is sent or earlier if you withdraw consent.

Where the GDPR or similar law applies, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict personal data, object to certain processing, receive data in a portable form, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. You may request deletion of your Chart Pins account by contacting chart.pins.support@gmail.com. Deleting an account does not necessarily require immediate deletion of records that must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes.

Chart Pins uses reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the service, including access controls and third-party infrastructure designed to protect stored data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Chart Pins is intended for users aged 18 or older and is not knowingly offered to children.
