Use this model form only if you have a legal right to withdraw from your Chart Pins contract. Because Chart Pins is a digital service that can be supplied immediately, the right of withdrawal may already have been lost to the extent permitted by law if you expressly requested immediate performance and acknowledged that consequence. If you are unsure, you may still contact support and describe the situation.

Complete the information below and send it to chart.pins.support@gmail.com. You may copy the text into an e-mail. You do not have to use this exact form if applicable law allows another clear withdrawal statement.

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the provision of the Chart Pins digital service, to the extent that a right of withdrawal still applies.

• E-mail used for the Chart Pins account
• Date the contract/subscription was concluded
• Date of this withdrawal notice
• Order/payment reference, if available
• Any additional information that helps identify the contract

If the withdrawal is valid under applicable law, Chart Pins will process it according to mandatory consumer law and the payment provider flow. This may include ending access and refunding amounts that must legally be returned.

Submitting this form does not automatically establish that a withdrawal right exists. The effect depends on the law that applies and on the confirmations you gave when immediate digital service access was activated.

This form does not limit any separate refund, complaint or other rights you may have under mandatory law or the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
