1. What this Policy covers

This Policy explains cancellations, the 7-day free trial where offered, automatic renewal, paid subscription access, refunds and goodwill compensation for Chart Pins. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. Digital service and immediate access

Chart Pins is a digital service and no physical goods are returned. Access may be provided immediately after activation, including during a free trial, subject to account login, a compatible browser and the TradingView environment.

3. 7-day free trial and card requirement

Where the Tier 1 checkout offers a 7-day free trial, a valid payment card must be entered before the trial starts. The price that will apply after the trial is displayed at checkout. No separate public trial exists unless shown in the checkout flow.

4. Automatic renewal after the trial

Unless you cancel before the 7-day trial ends, the subscription automatically becomes a paid monthly subscription and the payment provider charges the card the price shown at checkout. After that, the subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.

5. 14-day withdrawal right and express consent

Where a statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies, Chart Pins may require an explicit checkbox requesting immediate performance of the digital service during the free trial and before the withdrawal period ends, together with an acknowledgement that once access is supplied the withdrawal right is lost to the extent permitted by law. If this acknowledgement is not given, immediate access may be refused. The Model Withdrawal Form is available for cases in which a withdrawal right still applies.

6. Cancellation of subscription

You may cancel using the subscription-management option in the Chart Pins side panel/account area or the Stripe Customer Portal where available. If the interface is unavailable, contact support. Cancellation during the free trial prevents the first paid charge if completed before the trial ends. Cancellation after a paid period has started stops future renewals.

7. Access after cancellation, expiration or failed payment

After cancelling a paid subscription, access normally continues until the end of the already paid period. After that, or after a failed payment or other loss of entitlement, the account may become inactive and paid Chart Pins features may be unavailable.

8. General refund rule

After digital access has been supplied, payments are generally non-refundable and unused portions of a monthly period are generally not refunded pro rata, unless mandatory law requires otherwise or an exception is approved under this Policy.

9. When refunds may be granted

  • A duplicate payment was charged by mistake.
  • A charge was made after a valid cancellation should already have prevented renewal.
  • Payment succeeded but Chart Pins access was not provided due to a Chart Pins-side issue.
  • A serious Chart Pins-side technical failure made the paid service unavailable and no reasonable fix, access extension or other remedy is appropriate.
  • A refund is required by mandatory applicable law.

10. Technical issues and goodwill compensation

Third-party outages, TradingView changes, delayed data, browser incompatibility, temporary overlay misalignment or similar technical issues do not automatically create a right to a refund. In exceptional cases Chart Pins may voluntarily provide an access extension, credit, discount, partial refund or another remedy.

11. How to request a refund or make a complaint

Contact chart.pins.support@gmail.com and provide the account e-mail, approximate payment date, plan, payment reference if available and a short description. Complaints are handled under the Complaints Procedure. Requests are reviewed in a reasonable time based on the information available and applicable law.

12. Chargebacks and payment disputes

You are encouraged to contact Chart Pins support before starting a chargeback so the issue can be reviewed. This does not limit rights available under payment-provider, card-scheme or mandatory law.

13. Refund method

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method through Stripe or the payment provider. Chart Pins does not store card details. Bank or provider processing times may apply.

14. Relationship with other documents

This Policy should be read with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Cookie Policy, Complaints Procedure and Model Withdrawal Form. Mandatory law prevails where applicable.

15. Changes and contact

This Policy may be updated when subscription flows, trial terms, payment providers, pricing or legal requirements change. Questions can be sent to chart.pins.support@gmail.com.
