Terms of Use and Software License Agreement

These Terms of Use and Software License Agreement (the “Terms”) govern your use of Chart Pins, including the browser extension, side panel, overlays, account, subscriptions, settings, support and related digital services.

By installing, registering for, accessing, subscribing to or using Chart Pins, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Chart Pins.

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie, Local Storage and Similar Technologies Policy, Disclaimer, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Complaints Procedure and, where applicable, the Model Withdrawal Form. Mandatory applicable law prevails over any conflicting contractual term.

Chart Pins is an informational and visualization browser extension and related digital service designed to display selected market context, events and visual elements on or around TradingView charts.

Features may include trader or wallet activity, macroeconomic events, social information, recent-news views, links to original sources, overlay boxes, pop-ups, display settings and shortcuts. Features may vary by version, account status, tier, data source and third-party availability.

Chart Pins is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, signal service or execution platform and does not provide personalized investment recommendations.

Chart Pins is designed primarily for current desktop versions of Google Chrome. Microsoft Edge and other Chromium-based desktop browsers such as Brave or Opera may also work, but compatibility is not guaranteed to the same extent as Chrome. Firefox and Safari are not supported unless expressly stated otherwise.

Chart Pins is intended for desktop use with the browser extension, an internet connection and a supported TradingView web chart. Mobile and tablet use, TradingView mobile or desktop apps, embedded charts and other environments are not supported or guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Changes made by browsers, TradingView or other third parties may temporarily break compatibility.

The service is operated from the Czech Republic and is intended primarily for users in the European Union. Users elsewhere may use it only where lawful. Chart Pins is for persons aged 18 or older.

A Chart Pins account may be required. Registration may require an e-mail address, nickname and password. E-mail verification may be required before sign-in or service access.

You are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping credentials secure. Accounts are personal, non-transferable and may not be shared, sold or rented. Account deletion may be requested through support at the contact address stated in these Terms.

Before registration or paid access, you may be required to accept or acknowledge legal documents and separate checkout confirmations. Chart Pins may keep evidence of these actions, including document type, version or hash, acceptance time, account identifier, e-mail, nickname, user agent and extension version.

Required checkout confirmations may include consent to immediate digital access during a free trial and before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, acknowledgement of loss of the withdrawal right to the extent permitted by law once access is supplied, acknowledgement of automatic renewal after the trial, and acknowledgement of the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Paid Chart Pins access may be offered as a monthly subscription. The current price, currency, tier and included features are shown before checkout and form part of the purchase information.

Where a 7-day free trial is offered, a valid payment card is required before the trial begins. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid monthly subscription and the card is charged the price shown at checkout. The subscription then renews automatically for successive monthly periods until cancelled.

Payments and card details are handled by Stripe or the payment provider shown at checkout. Chart Pins does not store payment card details. Chart Pins may store subscription status, plan, billing dates and payment-provider identifiers needed to manage access.

You may cancel through the subscription-management option in Chart Pins or the Stripe Customer Portal where available. If this is unavailable, contact support.

Cancelling during a free trial prevents the automatic paid renewal if the cancellation is completed before the trial ends. Cancelling a paid subscription stops future renewals but does not normally refund the already paid billing period. Paid access normally continues until that period ends.

After the trial or paid period ends without active renewal, after a failed payment, or after another loss of entitlement, the account may become inactive and paid overlay, side-panel, settings and subscriber-only functionality may be unavailable. Limited areas such as login, renewal, legal documents, support or account management may remain available.

Chart Pins is a digital service, not a physical product. Access may be supplied immediately after account or subscription activation, including during a free trial.

Where a statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies, you may be asked to expressly request that performance of the digital service begins immediately and to acknowledge that, once the service is supplied, you lose the withdrawal right to the extent permitted by applicable law. If the required confirmation is not provided, immediate activation may be refused.

The Model Withdrawal Form is provided for situations in which a withdrawal right still applies. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Payments are generally non-refundable after digital access has been supplied, except where mandatory law requires otherwise or an exception is approved under that Policy.

Chart Pins may voluntarily provide a credit, access extension, discount, partial refund or other goodwill compensation in exceptional cases. Such goodwill does not create an entitlement to the same treatment in the future.

Subject to these Terms and your active access status, Chart Pins grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the extension for its intended purpose.

No ownership of the code, overlay engine, designs, databases, documentation, brand assets, service logic or other intellectual property is transferred to you. Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, patch, clone, resell, sublicense or create derivative works from Chart Pins.

Chart Pins and its original code, name, branding, visual design, icons, layout, documentation and service logic are protected by intellectual-property law. Third-party names, trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

If you voluntarily provide feedback or suggestions, Chart Pins may use them to improve the service without an obligation to pay compensation, while you retain rights in any material that remains legally yours.

You must not use Chart Pins unlawfully, abuse the service, interfere with security or availability, bypass access or subscription controls, scrape or copy non-public service data, share accounts, inject unauthorized code, resell access, or use Chart Pins in a way that infringes third-party rights or applicable platform rules.

Chart Pins is an independent third-party extension and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or an official product of TradingView.

To position overlays, Chart Pins may read or observe technical information available in the browser page environment, such as the current symbol, timeframe, visible chart range, candle positions or layout geometry. Chart Pins does not claim official or complete access to TradingView internal data or rendering logic.

TradingView may change its website, layout, DOM, rendering, scripts, restrictions or behavior at any time. Such changes may cause temporary misalignment, delayed data, missing overlays or loss of compatibility.

Chart Pins may depend on TradingView, Google Chrome and the Chrome Web Store, Supabase, Stripe, Cloudflare, Hyperliquid, Binance, social platforms, macroeconomic sources and other external services or public data sources.

Third-party content is generally retrieved or received and displayed by Chart Pins. For display purposes it may be shortened, formatted, grouped, time-converted or visually repositioned. Chart Pins does not intentionally change its meaning. Third-party information may nevertheless be unavailable, incomplete, non-current, delayed or differ from the original source, and should be verified at the original source where available.

Chart Pins provides general information and visualization only. It does not provide financial, investment, trading, legal or tax advice; portfolio management; brokerage; custody; exchange services; or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, long or short any asset.

You remain solely responsible for your decisions, risk management, compliance and any profit or loss.

Chart Pins may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, inaccurate, incomplete or visually misaligned. Availability depends on the browser, internet connection, TradingView, data sources, APIs, servers and other technical systems.

Features, supported data sources, browsers, tiers and technical methods may be changed, limited, suspended, replaced or discontinued where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, third-party changes or product development.

Support is provided through the contact channel published by Chart Pins. Bug reports may include user-provided descriptions, screenshots or technical diagnostics. Do not send confidential information unless necessary for support.

Formal complaints may be submitted under the Complaints Procedure. Chart Pins may use submitted feedback and diagnostics to investigate problems and improve the service.

Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Browser storage and similar technologies are described in the Cookie, Local Storage and Similar Technologies Policy. These documents form part of the information provided to users and may be updated as the service evolves.

Chart Pins may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of non-payment, material breach, security risk, fraud, abuse, unlawful use, attempts to bypass controls, third-party restrictions or legal obligations. Where appropriate, Chart Pins may first request that the issue be remedied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chart Pins and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit or opportunity, trading or investment losses, or loss caused by reliance on delayed, missing or inaccurate third-party information, overlay misalignment, downtime, browser or TradingView changes, or user decisions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or mandatory consumer rights where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

Chart Pins may update these Terms and related legal documents when the service, pricing, data sources, providers or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable manner and renewed acceptance may be requested where appropriate or legally required.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply under the law of their habitual residence.

Users are encouraged to contact support first so disputes or complaints can be reviewed. Consumers may also use any statutory court, alternative dispute-resolution or other remedies available under applicable law.

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver. You may not transfer your contractual position without consent where such restriction is lawful; Chart Pins may transfer the service or contractual rights as part of a lawful business transfer subject to mandatory rights.
